Our latest version incorporates all major functionalities of CTMS, eDOCS, and eSOURCE.

• CTMS features a comprehensive calendar for scheduling and viewing the user's "My Calendar." Users can access full subject profiles, study enrollments, complete visits, view study contacts, and more. In addition, you can display inclusion and exclusion criteria for specific studies and easily refer patients. Patient referrals seamlessly integrate into your RealTime-CTMS Study Recruitment Roster, with site staff promptly notified of new study leads.
• eDOCS offers eSignatures using fingerprint or face ID technology. Users can conveniently access all regulatory documents for user-assigned studies, including current versions of the Protocol, ICFs, or any other critical study document while on the move.
• eSOURCE provides the full range of eSOURCE services available on the desktop version of RealTime-eSOURCE. Collect visit data on your mobile device, dictate notes or impressions via voice, eSign lab documents using a Part-11 compliant PIN, and more.
• Other features include a Contacts Section that enables users to view Personal Contacts, Study Sponsor/CRO Contacts, and Research Staff Contacts.
